This Dutch publication reports on the (Data) Empowerment Design Studio organised in the Afrikaanderwijk, Rotterdam-Zuid. The research was conducted by Emiel Rijshouwer and Els Leclercq (Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for BOLD Cities) in 2021-2022, as part of the wider research project Shared Cities, Smart Citizens.
